 Can we have 2 iterators for both these  purpose pls? For data compaction, we will use SQM
based scanner and iterator over it and index compaction use a simple iterator over all segments.
It dont even need scanners and MemstoreScanner over that and then Iterator over that.  We
need some sort of cleanup here.

I am going to resolve till the next patch or till the next JIRA. It is not that simple to
resolve it in an elegant way, so I do not base the promotion of this code based on that...
