@haosdent, I tried in my env, it seems when cgroup is destroyed, eventfd will not be triggered.
What I did is, use `mesos-execute` to launch a container to do a simple task (sleep 5 seconds),
and after 5 seconds, the task finishes and I see the cgroup of the container is destroyed,
but I do not see the eventfd (`memory.oom_control`) is triggered.
