   My concern is if a Google search ends up on [this page](https://github.com/apache/lucenenet/blob/master/src/dotnet/tools/lucene-cli/docs/index.md).
GitHub has a nice markdown processor and prints it out in human-readable form, but the page
has no link to the "finished" documentation so it might not be obvious how to get there.

   But looking at that page again, if the token were made to be human readable, it would be
a reasonable tradeoff. Something like

   ```
   dotnet tool install lucene-cli -g --version <currentVersion>
   ```

   Do note the problem will go away when we release a production version. At that point, specifying
a version will become optional and omitting it will install the latest version of the tool.
