   OIC.
   
   Well, one thing I have been wondering about is how this situation should happen...
   
   1. We release a version of docs for every release/prerelease
   2. User submits a PR to improve a doc on a specific release
   
   No doubt that the PR will likely apply to every version of the documentation for that major
version (and perhaps more). Logically, it would seem that keeping a tracking branch for each
version of the docs is necessary, and then when it is merged to the specific branch, a manual
decision could be made whether to cherry pick those commits to other versions.
   
   Thoughts?
