Shad Storhaug updated LUCENENET-571:
------------------------------------
    Comment: was deleted

(was: This turned out to be an issue with differences in where embedded resources are located
in .NET Core from .NET Framework. There also doesn't seem to be a way to override the default
namespace when using project.json. The solution was to make a more aggressive search for embedded
resources that accounts for all of the different locations it can be stored.)

> The Messages functionality is implemented in .NET Framework, but not in .NET Core. This
is causing the related TestNLS tests to fail. It is unknown whether this affects the normal
usage of Lucene.Net.QueryParser.Flexible in .NET Core, but this won't affect any of the other
QueryParsers for sure.
