Shad Storhaug resolved LUCENENET-516.

       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: Lucene.Net 4.8.0

Lucene.Net 4.8.0 has a ChainedFilter (in Lucene.Net.Queries) and it is most definitely now
part of the Visual Studio project.
