Thanks for standing that up Martin.

I think the better plan is to use the myget as the offical dev nuget feed
-- if for no other reason than the codebetter nuget feed has a lot of
packages in it.

I've got no idea who is doing orchard these days so I'm not sure who to
share this news with over there.
