Michael,

Sounds good. Perhaps Prescott can get a few design ideas put together
before the weekend, one can be selected, and over the weekend you can
refine it to a more finished state?

Regarding real-time chat, I've been using IRC via
http://webchat.freenode.net/ in #lucene.net.
