Subject Re: Cannot Escape Special charectors Search with Lucene.Net 2.0
Date Fri, 17 Dec 2010 11:38:22 GMT
Hi Abhilash,

Try with: Test\&\&Test

 From Documentation
(http://lucene.apache.org/java/2_3_2/queryparsersyntax.html):

==========

Lucene supports escaping special characters that are part of the query
syntax. The current list special characters are

+ - && || ! ( ) { } [ ] ^ " ~ * ? : \

To escape these character use the \ before the character. For example to
search for (1+1):2 use the query:

\(1\+1\)\:2

==========
