Surrounding docWriter.ResumeAllThreads (in final blocks of AddIndexes & AddIndexesNoOptimize)
 with a try-catch block  seems to solve the problem.  But java version doesn't have this try-catch
block and It is also possible that this may hide some serious bug(s).
