DIGY,

I will upload a patch after this post which includes your patch, and is essentially your fix
applied to FSIndexInput and FSIndexOutput.  In brief, I saw the same issue with UnauthorizedAccessExceptions
being thrown in both FSIndexInput and FSIndexOutput.
