This patch checks to see if the directory exists before it checks the Index. If the directory
doesn't exists, it returns false. 

if (System.IO.Directory.Exists(directory.FullName))
{
	return SegmentInfos.GetCurrentSegmentGeneration(System.IO.Directory.GetFileSystemEntries(directory.FullName))
!= -1;
}
else
{
	return false;
}
