Subject Apache Log4cxx build fails with gcc 2.95 under Solaris 8

Since it says error in streambuf, I have commented out that line from
tchar.h file (because sstream was already included in the same file just 3
lines earlier), and now I  get some more errors:

I am using gcc 2.95.3.

What can be the error and how to resolve these?
