Yes. The guideline is 72 hours for all Apache votes. So when asking IPMC to vote on the release,
it's fine to apply a 72-weekday-hour guidance and include the time polls will close. 

Note also that it's fine to extend a vote if you don't get the required number of participants
in the vote. If people are slow to vote on a release, it's also ok to remind people during
the voting period that the vote will remain open until you get the number.
