Subject [VOTE][CANCELLED] - Use of Slack on Apache Juneau team.

It looks like John is creating an Apache-wide Slack account for the teams
to use.  So I'm cancelling this vote.

The questions about whether it's appropriate to use for internal vs.
external questions can be hashed out in that thread :-)
