I think the remaining instances of "IBM" are okay.

e.g. 
"Juneau started off as a popular internal IBM toolkit called Juno".
"IBM and Oracle JVMs."
"IBM JVMs maintain the order of methods in the class, whereas Oracle JVMs do not".
etc...

These are fine, right?
