I added a new patch (IVY-373-modules-in-use.patch) that adds output to show which configurations
each module is used in.  I found this output helpful in working on IVY-383 because it makes
it clear why sometimes there is more than one revision of the same module.  This patch replaces
IVY-373.patch.
