What, you don't have an Apple 30" to browse Ivy doc? I understand your trouble :-)

Kidding away, thanks for your patch. I would like to have more feedback on the table of content
organisation before changing it. 

I will test your changebefore giving feedback on my own, but it seems that your changes are
going in the right direction.
