We need to build the community around the project once we open source
the code.  It's quite important for the health of the project.
Even the project is accepted as a podling of incubator,  you still
need to keep building the community.

the conclusion that you are building the community here[1].
I don't know you plan of the internal version and the open source
version, if there are two different version projects why are you so
urge to contribute the project which is not in active development to

I think Sheng Wu already expressed the same concern as I did.  Please
think about it carefully, and make process to address our concerns.
