Subject [RESULT] [VOTE] Recommend 'Apache PLC4X graduation to Top Level Project' resolution to board

The vote passes with:

6 +1 Votes
0 -1 Votes

I'll add the resolution to the board meeting agenda for the meeting on 17.04.2019.
