Agreed. I think we are bikeshedding on the IPMC membership issue and avoiding the hard problems:
- Not enough Mentors (not enough active IPMC members)
- Overly Bureaucratic Workflows.
- Incubator Guidance is duplicative both internally and compared to the authoritative Foundation
documentation
