+1 (binding) overall. Looked through the src tarball.

* Checked LICENSE/NOTICE/DISCLAIMER
* Hashes match
* Signature matches
* Incubator naming, no binary files (other than images)

For future releases: the src tarball extracting to the current
directory was surprising. The top-level INSTALL file could reference
(or include) more of the quickstart under docs/. -C
