Yeup. And this kind of monkey business is why the Board specifically
requires PMCs to document their additions. A static PMC membership may be a
sign of exclusion. This kind of behavior is why the Board has completely
emptied two PMCs in the Foundation's history, and made them regrow
themselves organically.
As I said at the start of this thread: RTC is a mechanism for control, not
for managing "complex projects".
