Thank you to everyone that took the time to review the proposal and provide
your VOTE. It is greatly appreciated. I apologize if there were more
IPMC-binding VOTE's. The VOTE has passed and I am very happy to continue
with proposing this to Board via the IPMC as part of the next steps.

@Marvin Humphrey, I will ensure that we request INFRA to set up the newer
style mailing lists as suggested. Thank you for picking this up and your
attention to detail.
