Having looked into the code and release discussion, its obvious that the
project still has some miles to go
- voting for the correct release (naming)
- dependencies missing in NOTICE
- the release bits not being available in SVN at the time of voting
  This is particulary important, because the PMC vote on one thing and you
release another,
  however small the changes, legally you have not voted on whats being
- Confusion about a library that should not have been included
- Images, which are part of the release, but are to be ignored.

The project have already acted on some of the issues, I would prefer the
project acted on the last ones as well and respun both votes.

+0 (binding) with a clear signal, solve the above and you get a +1 fast.
