The silk icons and silk companion icons are licensed under  the Creative
Commons Attribution 2.5 License, which is in the LICENSE file.  The tango
icons are public domain, so there is no associated license.  The easing
equations are licensed under BSD, which is in the LICENSE file, the servlets
are Apache 2.0, which is in the LICENSE file, the drop shadows are BSD,
which is in the LICENSE file, the IM client demo and scripting demo are
Apache 1.0, which is in the LICENSE file.  Which ones aren't represented?

The Pivot jars don't contain N&L files. Ideally these should be

As per Ant Elder's message with respect to the Cassandra release, this is
only necessary if these jars are to be distributed separately, such as in a
Maven release[1].  This is not the case with the Pivot jars for this
