That’s what I was looking for. I looked on the download page. What I didn’t realize is
the Release Notes on the left navigation on the page was not part of the main page but goes
to a separate page. I think a link to release notes on download page would be useful as well.

That changelog combines the changes in all RCs, betas etc.
