Yes, http://groovy-lang.org/documentation.html is helpful, it is really the decomposed chapters
of 'one-page-for-all' document.
I also found there is an offline 'one-page-for-all' document in https://dl.bintray.com/groovy/maven/apache-groovy-docs-3.0.1.zip.

Yes,  http://groovy-lang.org/documentation.html is probably what you want.

http://groovy-lang.org/documentation.html#all-versions has one section
 called Documentation with a link to the single page variant and below
 that, you find the single chapters plus a bit more
