Current directory is the system property user.dir .  If you really feel you must
do this, you can do it in a script or custom task.   But playing around with
this type of System property is IMHO not A Good Thing.  As for making the change
not persist, since it is a change at the VM level, you would have to fork any
code that executed this CD, or change it back yourself.  Also remember that in
Ant file locations are resolved relative to ${basedir} rather than ${user.dir}.
 Since subant is directory-oriented and the ant task provides the dir attribute
I really don't see any value here.
