First, try setting ANT_HOME to the correct value: the same as your
installation directory, preferably minus the trailing slash. The next thing to
try will always be ensuring your CLASSPATH is unset; this is probably the most
common source of conflicts in a new user setup. This is more properly an issue
for the user list: user@ant.apache.org . As such, I am closing this report.
