sysproperty fails when using a properties file

instead of
<sysproperty file="Test.properties"/>
you should have
<sysproperty key="somekey" file="Test.properties"/>
the semantics of this is not like <property file="Test.properties"/>
it means really create a system property called "somekey" whose value is the
location of "Test.properties" resolved by ant (that is with the project base dir
prepended to the file name when it is not absolute).
the problem is that there should be a check that sysproperties are valid when
they get added.
