No, I mean

<jvmarg file="../../cfg/cmdline.properties"/>

gets translated to

java WHATEVER-IS-THE-ABSOLUTE-PATH-OF/cfg/cmdline.properties

i.e, if your build file is in C:\temp\cmdltest and you don't fiddle with basedir,
it gets translated to

java C:\cfg\cmdline.properties
