OS Family Condition doesn't appear to work in 1.5.1

           Summary: OS Family Condition doesn't appear to work in 1.5.1
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: dev@ant.apache.org
        ReportedBy: bmarcum@evoke.com

The following xml segment:

    <property name="osfam" value="nada"/>
    <condition property="osfam" value="windows">
        <os family="windows"/>
    </condition>
    <condition property="osfam" value="mac">
        <os family="mac"/>
    </condition>
    <condition property="osfam" value="unix">
        <os family="unix"/>
    </condition>
    <condition property="osfam" value="dos">
        <os family="dos"/>
    </condition>

    <echo message="os = ${osfam}"/>

echos string 'nada'.

This code works correctly (reports 'dos') if I run with ant 1.4.1.
