Http Get creates the file even if the request failed with error 500

Summary: Http Get creates the file even if the request failed
                    with error 500
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: sgabriel@brainfuse.com

the http get task creates an empty file even if the request fails, from the
code the Get task creates a FileoutputStream to the output file before it gets
the status of the connection so if the status is 500 the FileOutputStream
writes a file entry already to the filesystem. If you are using available task
to check for the file existence it will returns true, even if the file is empty.
