Add Overwrite attribute to the LoadProperties Task

Summary: Add Overwrite attribute to the LoadProperties Task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5Beta1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: erapster@msn.com

I would like to see an overwrite=true/false attribute to the LoadProperties
Task. This should allow the user to overwrite (or not) preloaded properties
with new properties of the same name. We have a default built script that runs
at startup and each developer will load their defined conf properties the first
time they run ant. I have already extended this class to include this feature
but I would like to see it in the core so I don't have to keep including it.

Thanks
