JspC task does not handle numeric file names

Summary: JspC task does not handle numeric file names
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5Beta1
          Platform: All
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Normal
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: jcorley@togethersoft.com

I am trying to use the JspC task as a precompiler for tomcat. A number of files
have numbers at the beginning of their names, i.e. 404.jsp. Tomcat handles this
by compiling the file to _404.java which is a valid file name for use with javac
(because the class doesn't start with a number). However, the JspC task in ant
compiles 404.jsp to 404.java, which causes much nastiness when attempting to
compile (either with the ant javac task or with Jasper/javac).
Thanks,
Jason
