taskdef classpaths are ignored when project is invoked from another project via 'ant' task

Summary: taskdef classpaths are ignored when project is invoked
from another project via 'ant' task
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.4.1
          Platform: PC
        OS/Version: Windows XP
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Major
          Priority: Other
         Component: Core tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: ian_springer@hp.com

A project A runs fine when run directly. But when it's run via an 'ant' task
from project B, a task defined w/ a taskdef in project A doesn't work because
the classpath for the task is not set correctly or not set at all..
