org.apache.tools.ant.types.FlexInteger has been added to Ant's codebase for Ant 
1.5.  Its slightly different than the Hex class posted here, as its toString 
method merely returns the integer value. To convert back to hex/octal get the 
intValue and convert from there in your own code.  I'm going to mark this 
as "FIXED" since its a viable workaround that allows tasks to take a 
FlexInteger class when hex/octal input is needed.
