The nightly build has never been able to build all of the optional tasks. I
don't believe wlrun has ever been part of the nightly build. 

In general, only releases contain all of the optional tasks and that takes some
effort. 

The best approach will be to grab the source distribution from the nightly build
and build Ant for yourself. If you provide the necessary libraries, Ant will
automatically include the tasks in the generated optional jar.

Another possibility is to just extract the necessary classes from the 1.4.1
release optional.jar since these tasks have not changed in the meantime.

On a sporadic basis, I have built almost complete optional.jar files for the
nightly builds but I have not done that for a while.
