Add a way to list which optional tasks are available

Summary: Add a way to list which optional tasks are available
           Product: Ant
           Version: 1.5 alpha (nightly)
          Platform: Other
        OS/Version: Other
            Status: NEW
          Severity: Enhancement
          Priority: Other
         Component: Optional Tasks
        AssignedTo: ant-dev@jakarta.apache.org
        ReportedBy: steve_l@iseran.com

I wonder if it would be possible to add some -tasks option which would iterate
through the list of tasks pre-registered with ant (not any dynamic additions)
and attempt to instantiate them one by one; probing for the implementation
class then actually create it, then present a list of tasks to the user split
into available tasks, tasks which probably need extra libraries, and tasks we
know of but cant find.

This could simplify support issues, and make it easier to find out why things
arent working.
