I don't know if this will provide you with the context you need or not.
But here is the output with -debug.

Setting project property: -> Java(TM) 2 Runtime
Environment, Standard Edition
Setting project property: sun.boot.library.path -> e:\jdk1.3.1\jre\bin
Setting project property: java.vm.version -> 1.3.1-b24
Setting project property: debugging -> off
Setting project property: ant.version -> Apache Ant version 1.5alpha
compiled on December 6 2001
DEPRECATED - Project.setProperty('','1.3') used to
overide an immutable property. Task writer should use
Project.setNewProperty() instead and the build writer should not reuse
the same property name for different values.
Setting project property: -> 1.3

Could you try running "ant -debug" and then send the releven snippet of 
output. If that no help it may be best to put a 

(new Exception()).printStackTrace() in some place as that warning is
out, to see exactly where it is called from.
