Stephane is in the middle of refactoring the starteam task based on my
fixes, but also fixing a lot of cruft that had accumulated.  With the
understanding that this is a work in progress, here is the source code
that Stephane sent me.  I don't think he was ready to check it in.  I
will say that except for this odd warning, his changes seem to work
fine.

If you could send me, or the list, the source code it would be very
helpful.

I can't think of what would do the setProperty unless you are using
embedded
properties like <ant>/<antcall> do.
