It's being issued from a new version of the <starteam> optional task
that I've been working on with Stephane Bailliez but I've looked through
that source code and don't see where setProperty() is being called.
Possibly in some base class?  I noticed that my JAVA_HOME was set to a
jdk-1.3 directory but changing it to point at a jdk-1.3.1 directory did
not help.
