Thanks. But you know this is a bug in Kaffee, not in Ant, right?

A guarantee like this is very hard to give. I'm not aware that any
committer here is using either one - and personally I'd hesitate to
add yet another VM on my poor little Linux box.

Supporting Kaffee or Japhar is fine, but I wouldn't want to tie us to
them. How would we ever make the transition to Java > 1.1?
