* task writer (don't have to hand code 100 different "standard" attributes)
* engine writer (consistency is automatically guarenteed and can swap
facility implementations simply - ie to handle special classpath
requirements of gump)
* build file writer - they know that ant:failonerror will behave the same
across all tasks as will og:level="verbose" etc.
* build manager - will be able to implement global "policies by swapping
in/out facilites for a particular build (ie force all logging to be
ignored, or all failures to be noted or ... )
