Sorry about that. I had moved a few jars around when I was testing JAXP v
Xerces include behaviour. I have rebuilt optional.jar and replaced the
original one in the 1.3 Beta 3 area. Should have most tasks now.

Looks like Xalan and TRaX were not in the classpath when the jar was built.
